Information on the right of withdrawal
Due to its custom manufacturing, your personalized flight bag falls under the exceptions to the statutory right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). This means that an exchange or return is unfortunately not possible for this item, as it is made specifically for you or your four-legged friend and cannot be sold elsewhere.

Important information regarding the use of our dog carriers
Please note that our dog carriers are designed with a zipper and mesh closure for secure fastening. However, these carriers are not chew toys. We would like to point out that the materials and zippers used are not designed for chewing by dogs. Damage caused by chewing or other improper use is not covered by our warranty (§ 434 BGB).
If there is a risk (especially with puppies) that your dog will start chewing, you should not leave him unattended with the bag. In the event of damage caused by your dog, we cannot offer free repairs or refunds, as the responsibility for the proper use of the product lies with the buyer (Sections 276 and 280 of the German Civil Code).
