Dog car seat “Travel Deluxe Isofix” – Ranger
Some dogs love car rides. And then there are others: those who pant, tremble, and shrink into themselves because the back seat is slippery and the curves unpredictable. The "Ranger" is designed for both – but especially for the latter. High, thickly padded walls envelop your dog like a cave: he feels secure on the curves, can see you, smells his own cushion – and eventually, what you've been waiting for happens: he curls up and falls asleep. The fear of the car becomes a favorite spot that just happens to be on the move.
New in this batch: The “Ranger” now comes with Isofix. Two hooks on the underside click into the Isofix anchor points of your rear seat – the same anchors used for a child car seat. This secures the seat in place: it won't slide forward when braking or tip sideways in corners. And the real innovation lies inside – the adjustable inner tether is sewn through, running with the same webbing all the way to the Isofix anchor. So your dog isn't suspended from the soft seat, but from a continuous strap: from the harness to the car's Isofix anchor point. Seat and dog are secured at the same point.
The "Ranger" comes in olive – an earthy, calming tone that's forgiving of fur and stains and looks just as good in the trunk of a station wagon as it does on the back seat. The entire seat is made of easy-care Oxford, the tightly woven fabric used for good travel luggage: robust, durable, and wipeable. The base cushion is reversible, offering two distinct sides – one side is velvety soft Minky in dark gray for cozy days, the other is hard-wearing Oxford in olive for sand and wet paws. At your destination, you carry the seat into the hotel using its straps, just like a bag – and your dog will find a bed that smells like them. Familiar territory, wherever you are.

Will your dog fit inside?
A sense of security arises when the den is the right size: snug enough to lean against, wide enough to turn around in. Measure him when he's curled up or lying on his side, from nose to rear end – this is the measurement he needs for his lying area, plus a few centimeters of extra space. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one: he should be able to turn around and relax, not have to fit inside. And observe how your dog lies: a curled-up dog needs less space than your measuring tape indicates, a stretched-out one needs more – for him, the unfolded side is what counts.
| Sleeping area | For dogs up to | For example |
|---|---|---|
| approx. 35 × 45 cm with yielding walls up to 50 × 50 cm |
approx. 9 kg | Havanese, Maltese, Toy Poodle, Bolonka, Jack Russell, Small Pug |
Each seat is handmade, dimensions may vary slightly; the soft walls give way.
From seat to sofa
Two zippers on the sides, and the front panel folds flat forward: your dog climbs in by himself, and at the destination, the seat transforms into a long sofa on which he can stretch out without leaving his spot. We call it
So he is firmly in the car
With Isofix – the way it was built: Simply click the two hooks on the underside into the Isofix anchor points of the rear seat, and you're done. A secure fit in seconds, and the sewn-in inner tether keeps your dog safely in place.

And for cars without Isofix eyelets – or if your dog rides in the front passenger seat – the “Ranger” has the same three classic ways as all 4legs seats:
- With the seatbelt: Large tab at the back – pull the seatbelt through and lock it in place.
- About the backrest: lower outer rings – stretch the supplied strap over the backrest.
- About the headrest: 2 fastening rings – hook the strap and guide it over the headrest.
Important: the right harnesses for your dog
The short inner leashes are designed for small dogs up to approximately 8 kg – even when two small dogs are traveling together. For dogs over 10 kg, we recommend one of our safety harnesses:
- Safety belt for the headrest – 25,00 €
- Safety belt with Isofix hooks – 25,00 €
- Safety Belt Flex – 12,00 €
Always secure with the harness, never with the collar.
A safety note: If you're using the dog seat in the front passenger seat, deactivate the passenger airbag – a deploying airbag is dangerous for a dog in that seat. This isn't necessary in the back seat, where the Isofix anchor points are located.
Completely removable, washable at 30°C
Sand, fur, wet paws – it's all fine. Open the zipper at the bottom, remove the cushion, put the cover in the washing machine: 30°C, in a laundry bag, do not tumble dry. That's all there is to it.
