Please note that our dog bags are designed with a zipper and a net for secure closure. However, these bags are not chew toys. We would like to point out that the materials and zippers used are not designed for the chewing process of dogs. Damage caused by chewing or other improper use is not covered by our guarantee (§ 434 BGB).
If there is a risk (especially with puppies) that the dog starts chewing, the dog should not be left alone with the bag unattended. In the event of damage caused by the dog, we cannot offer free repairs or refunds, as the responsibility for the proper use of the product lies with the buyer (§ 276 BGB, § 280 BGB).

Die Air XL Long ist leicht, gut verarbeitet und innen sehr kuschelig weich. Mein Pinscher kann bei geschlossenem Netz aufrecht drin stehen, was die Lufthansa bei anderen Taschen immer bemängelt hat. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre innen eine Befestigung oder ein Einschubfach für eine Trinkflasche.
Ich habe lange eine gute Flugtasche für die Flugzeugkabine gesucht und bin endlich fündig geworden. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Ich habe mehrere Taschen Größen ausprobiert, musste deshalb immer hin und her senden, was aber null Problem war. Sehr liebevoll und edel verpackt. Die Tasche ist sehr gut verarbeitet.
Die Taschen wurden super schnell geliefert und mit viel Liebe verpackt! Das Auspacken war ein Highlight! Inzwischen wurden die Taschen im Urlaub von unseren zwei großen Chihuahuas 5 kg ausgiebig getestet - Fazit: Sie lieben ihr neues Reisebettchen beide! Bei der Fahrt im Wohnmobil sind sie sicher untergebracht und der Schlafplatz wurde sofort begeistert genutzt! Auch im Restaurant waren die Taschen sehr hilfreich, weil unsere zwei Fellnasen damit einen kuscheligen Rückzugsort hatten. Die Taschen sind leicht und super verarbeitet! Vierbeiner, Herrchen und Frauchen sind rundum begeistert und glücklich mit diesem tollen Produkt!
Wir sind jetzt noch nicht geflogen, erst in drei Tagen, aber der Hund hat sich bislang gut eingewöhnt in die neue Flugtasche. Da die Masse von Lufthansa in diesem Fall damit eingehalten werden, sind wir ziemlich optimistisch, dass es die beste Tasche ist, wenngleich zu einem stolzen Preis.
I am so grateful to have bought this bag. I have a medium sized Shiba Inu that was not fitting in any travel bag. The bag's design is perfect and comfortable.
