Returns and complaints

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt. Please follow these steps for a return or claim:

  1. Return deadline: You have 14 days to notify us of your decision to return the product. This period begins once you receive the goods.
  2. Notice: Please contact our customer service at retour@4legs.de or call +491724014154 to register your return.
  3. Return: Send the product in its original packaging and in unused condition* to the following address:

  4. Important information: Please enclose the completed return form so we can clearly identify the return. (The return form is included with every shipment.)
  5. Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs outside Germany) within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to place your order.
  6. Shipping costs: Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns.
  7. Complaints: If you receive a defective or faulty product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will address your issue as quickly as possible.

Can I exchange the item?

A direct exchange with a refund is not possible. However, if you like an item but would like it in a different color or size, no problem: Simply return the unwanted item to us.You can order the new item as a new order through the online shop. You can immediately see whether the item is still available in your desired color and size.

What happens if there is transport damage?

In the event of transport damage, you will, of course, receive a replacement immediately. Please check your shipment immediately upon receipt for completeness and integrity, and if possible, have the transport provider note any damage immediately upon receipt. If so, please inform our team by contacting us or calling +49 15560444700 or +49 40 18008763

about the damage so that we can promptly process the refund or exchange of your order.
