What size is right for my dog?

How long does the production process take?

Depending on the model, production takes approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of order. We need this time to carefully handcraft your unique piece.

Can I change my selection later?

As long as production hasn't started yet: yes. Just get in touch – we'll help you find the right combination.

Why are custom-made items excluded from exchange?

Because your bag is made individually for you and cannot be resold. Therefore, we recommend: If you are unsure, please contact us beforehand – we are happy to advise you.
