We would like to point out that the materials and zippers used are not designed for the chewing process of dogs. Damage caused by chewing or other improper use is not covered by our guarantee (§ 434 BGB).
If there is a risk (especially with puppies) that the dog starts chewing, the dog should not be left alone with the bag unattended. In the event of damage caused by the dog, we cannot offer free repairs or refunds, as the responsibility for the proper use of the product lies with the buyer (§ 276 BGB, § 280 BGB).

Tolle Tasche mit der passenden Decke, ich hatte sie ausgepackt und meine Chihuahua Dame hat sie sofort angenommen und wollte nicht mehr raus 😀. Super Qualität, sehr elegant kann ich nur weiterempfehlen🥰

wir haben die o.g. Tasche für eine bevorstehende Flugreise (mit Lufthansa, da Sie exakt die Abmessungen für "Pet on Board" hat) gekauft.
Der Kundenservice war kompetent und freundlich, unser Anliegen konnte auch zufriedenstellend gelöst werden. Anscheinend war es die Inhaberin selber.
Die Tasche ist sehr schick und durch die gefütterten Seiten auch im Flieger warm.
Entscheidend ist aber die Meinung von unserem Hund. Da die Tasche nicht komisch gerochen hat konnte die Eingewöhnung kurzfristig erfolgen. Am zweiten Tag sprang Sie schon freiwillig rein. Die Tasche ist einfach zu tragen und dabei ausbruchsicher. Während des Fluges konnten wir problemlos füttern und streicheln.
Absolut empfehlenswert!!!
Die Tasche ist sehr schön verarbeitet und aus robustem Material. Sie sieht zudem sehr elegant aus und mein Hund hat sie gleich angenommen. Dass sie ein so geringes Eigengewicht hat, ist top! Ein Nachteil ist, dass Sie aufgrund der Höhe und der Verformbarkeit kippen kann, wenn der Hund in der Tasche ist. Ein Tipp, um die Tasche noch weiter zu perfektionieren: Während des Flugs wäre es ideal, wenn man die Tasche auf die Seite legen könnte, da der Hund sich dann erfahrungsgemäß ausgestreckt und flach hinlegt. Dafür müsste es eine Möglichkeit geben, die Seite der Tasche, die dann oben ist, z.B. von außen am Sitz zu fixieren, damit sie nicht auf dem Hund aufliegt. Herzliche Grüße
Der Flug mit Eurowings hat einwandfrei geklappt :) Meine Zwergpudelhündin kann in der Tasche aufrecht stehen, was durch das Personal am Flughafen überprüft wird.
