Important information on using our dog carriers
Please note that our dog bags are designed with a zipper and some with a mesh closure for secure closure. However, these bags are not chew toys. We would like to point out that the materials and zippers used are not designed for dogs to chew on. Damage caused by chewing or other improper use is not covered by our warranty (§ 434 BGB).
If there's a risk (especially with puppies) that your dog might start chewing, you should never leave your dog unattended with the bag. In the event of damage caused by your dog, we cannot offer free repairs or refunds, as the responsibility for proper use of the product lies with the buyer (§ 276 BGB, § 280 BGB).
